I made these sage & garlic turkey burgers last night, and they were delicious, easy, and low-fat. Tender and tasty, but with no grease. We even have just enough leftovers for one more meal, which is my favorite portion allocation. Enough so that you have the ease of not having to cook again, but not so much that you get tired of whatever you're eating.
We need to do some chores today; ick. Best go get started.
