Food and recycling

Georgia is set to have a public hearing on coloring raw milk this Friday. I really don't see why a label isn't sufficient. I highly doubt that someone is going to try to slip someone else some raw milk maliciously. Furthermore, the color can be disguised in just about any food that isn't white or very light -- you wouldn't be able to tell that it had been used in chocolate ice cream, for example. I want to be able to make a choice about whether or not to consume cheese make from raw milk -- I want that option available to me. Label it and lemme have it, doggone it.

As for good news, I was happy to see this bit on ThingsAreGood:

IBM has started a new program that recycles old computer chips and converts them into solar panels
