Texas doesn't need the disorderly part

According to the following articles, you don't have to be behind the wheel of a car, and you don't have to be disorderly to get arrested in a bar in Texas. Even if you have a designated driver, just being drunk is enough:

This in the state that's the fifth-largest wine producer in the United States. Apparently they can make it, they just can't drink it outside the privacy of their own homes without risking arrest.

I'm just wondering who's gonna be left in Texas after they get rid of the valedictorians, the gays, and the orderly intoxicated. Maybe the Branch Davidians? 'cause, y'know, I'd sure rather make my state attractive to a bunch of cultists stockpiling weapons than have any intoxicated folks out in public. /sarcasm

Have you ever *had* Texas wine? Maybe they're doing people a favor by not letting them drink it... :-)

Now, Shiner Bock... that's another story entirely.

Mmmmm. Shiner Bock.

It's been so long since I've had Shiner Bock that I don't remember what it tastes like, or if I liked it.
